ANZ acted as Sole Placement Agent and Sustainability Structuring Advisor for the transaction, which includes a sustainability-linked pricing mechanism linked to reduction targets for four environmental KPIs: CO2 emissions, energy consumption, water usage and solid waste sent to landfill.
