Retirement of ANZ Director Lee Hsien Yang
ANZ today announced Lee Hsien Yang will retire as a Non-Executive Director at the 2018 Annual General Meeting, after serving more than nine years on the Board.
Mr Lee joined the Board in 2009 and has served as Chairman of the Digital Business and Technology Committee from 2014.
ANZ Chairman David Gonski said: “We thank Hsien Yang for his almost decade of exemplary service to ANZ and the Board.
“He has made an important contribution, particularly in his role chairing our Digital Business and Technology Committee, where his significant international experience has been a valuable asset for ANZ,” Mr Gonski said.
