Graham Hodges appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer
ANZ today announced the appointment of its Deputy Chief Executive Officer Graham Hodges as Acting Chief Financial Officer effective from 1 January 2016.
Mr Hodges will assume responsibility for all aspects of Finance as well as Group Strategy, Legal, Treasury, Investor Relations and Mergers and Acquisitions to coincide with Shayne Elliott commencing as Chief Executive Officer in the New Year.
Mr Hodges has served as ANZ’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer since May 2009. He has held a wide range of senior roles at ANZ since 1991 including CEO ANZ New Zealand and Group Managing Director, Corporate.
The search process for Mr Elliott’s permanent successor as Chief Financial Officer is expected to be complete in the new year.
