ANZ receives CANSTAR CANNEX award for delivering best value to small business customers

ANZ today received CANSTAR CANNEX* Best Value Australia Small Business Award for offering the best value to small business customers for the second time in three years.

According to CANSTAR CANNEX, ANZ won the award for its product range with features important to small business customers such as business credit facilities, variable loans, cash management accounts and credit card options, and its professional service to customers.

ANZ General Manager Small Business Banking, Nick Reade said: “This award is recognition of the work we are doing for our small business customers to help them get off the ground, grow and thrive.

“As part of our ongoing commitment to small business customers, we are continuing to invest in products and services that best suit their needs and allow them to do their banking the way they want - whether that's face-to-face with one of our small business specialists, online or over the phone. However, we know there’s still more to be done and we will continue to look at ways that we can further support small businesses,” he said.

The CANSTAR CANNEX survey that compared 336 term loans, 35 credit cards, 67 overdrafts and 81 deposit accounts rated ANZ’s Business credit facilities, variable lending, cash management account and credit cards highly. ANZ was also rated strongly for making service and advice readily available to small business customers.
