ANZ received CANSTAR CANNEX award for delivering 'best value' to agribusiness customers (PDF 20kB)
ANZ has today received CANSTAR CANNEX Best Value Australia Agribusiness Award for offering the best value to agribusiness customers for the second consecutive year.
CANSTAR CANNEX stated that ANZ won the award based on its suite of purpose-designed agri products, backed by a solid range of business banking products and services.
ANZ General Manager Regional Commercial Banking, Mr Mark Hand said: “We are pleased to have received this award by CANSTAR CANNEX. It’s recognition for the work we are doing to continue providing customers with agribusiness products and services that meet their needs.”
The CANSTAR CANNEX survey* which compared 15 major agribusiness providers rated ANZ’s farm management deposit at call account strongly for its design to provide working capital, seasonal finance and risk management.
CANSTAR CANNEX also rated ANZ strongly for its ease of access to agribusiness managers. Mr Hand said this award has special significance following the recent completion of ANZ’s acquisition of the Landmark Financial Services loan and deposit books from AWB Group. “ANZ now has over 770 staff providing financial services to customers throughout regional and rural Australia.
We have a strong national team of agribusiness managers with access to a broad range of financial products who are well placed to deliver best value to our customers to help them grow their business. “This award reflects the contribution of all of our people who are delivering great service and uncomplicated banking to our agribusiness customers,” Mr Hand said.
